He has his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from California State University, Fullerton, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of music and teaching. Over the years, he has left an indelible mark on the marching percussion community, having worked with prestigious programs such as Rancho-Starbuck Intermediate School, Torrance High School, Centennial High School, and La Mirada High School.
Eddie's own marching experience includes élan Percussion (2016), Gold Drum and Bugle Corps (2016), and Dark Sky Percussion (2017). His dedication to the art of percussion and his unwavering commitment to his students make Eddie Mijares a true luminary in the world of marching percussion.
